Transfer Station Manager

The Greenwood/Woodstock Transfer Station has an opening for a Manager. This is a part-time position involving the operations and maintenance of the G & W Transfer Station/Recycling Center. Position includes manual work involving the operation of equipment to process refuse and debris at the Transfer Station. Duties include but not limited to supervising employees, overseeing the operation of the Transfer Station, administrative duties, directing incoming vehicles to proper dumping areas, checks for appropriate transfer station stickers, assisting public, monitoring cargo to prohibit disposal of prohibited materials, operate Transfer Station equipment including backhoe. Any other duties as assigned.

Hours of work would include:
Wednesday & Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Sunday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
